Recommended dosage:
Twice a day for 1/2 bag: mix the contents of half a bag with 2 dcl of water and drink in the morning, mix the rest of the bag with 2 dcl of water and drink in the afternoon. For major muscle problems, we recommend one bag (2x1) twice a day. Mix one bag with 2 dcl of water and drink in the morning and the other in the afternoon.
